We ask for your email, your phone type and that you're 18 or older. Nothing about your health. We use it only for your invite and Hormone Helper updates, and we never sell or share it. Our website host, Squarespace, processes the form to deliver it to us, and Google reCAPTCHA checks it for spam. There are no ad pixels on this page. To delete your sign-up, email john@hormonehelper.app.
