How it works
Everything that keeps your medicine coming, in one place.
Setup starts with one photo. After that, it mostly stays quiet, and only speaks up when you have a decision to make.
Step 1 · Set up
Take a photo of the label.
Point your camera at the vial or box. Hormone Helper reads the medication, strength, dose, prescriber and expiry, right on your phone. Every field is marked read, matched or check, so you know what to look at.
If it isn't sure, it asks instead of guessing. And it starts where you are, because nobody downloads this on day one.
Step 2 · Your days
Know how many days you're really covered.
Your supply is only one limit. The app also checks your prescription, the blood tests your prescriber needs and your insurance approvals, then tells you which one runs out first.
Tap the number and it shows its math.
Step 3 · Doses
Log a dose in one tap.
See what's due, what you have left and which site you used last. Reminders on your lock screen say “Check your notes” and never name a medication.
Step 4 · Paperwork
It tells you what would stop a pickup.
Scan a page or share a PDF, and it's read on your phone. Prescriptions, approval letters and insurance cards go on file, and you check each one before it's kept.
If a pharmacy or insurer still has your old name, the app drafts the letter to fix it. Nothing is sent without your yes.
Step 5 · Budulai
Ask about your own record.
Budulai is an assistant that has read your record and can answer questions about it, like “when do I need labs?” or “why is my count lower?”
By default it answers entirely on your phone. If you turn on our server for harder questions, it shows you exactly what would be sent first.
Three records, one you
Your clinic, your pharmacy and you rarely agree.
Your clinic knows what was prescribed. Your pharmacy knows what you were given. Only you know what you've actually taken.
Nobody checks that the three match. Hormone Helper does. It shows where they drift apart in plain language, with the source of every number. It never says who's wrong.
What it won't do
It keeps your record straight. Your prescriber makes the calls.
Hormone Helper will never tell you what dose to take, and it will never tell you a result is good or bad. It hands you the facts, so the conversation with your prescriber starts from something real.
